Born in 1959, Josse is son of ceramist and painter Derek Davis and painter Ruth Davis. Since graduating in 1981 from Bath Academy of Art with a BA Honours in Ceramics, Josse has worked in his home town of Arundel on the South Coast of England.
1977 - 1978 Foundation at West Sussex College of Art and Design.
1978 - 1981 Ceramics Degree at Bath Academy of Art.
1982 - 1986 Full-time Ceramics teacher at Slindon College. Sussex
